Methods of Payment

U.S.A. customers

There are five methods of payment: Wire Transfers, Money Orders (available at any U.S. Post Office or your bank) Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks and PayPal. We also accept VISA and MasterCard. All credit card prodessing information must be given verbally by phone as there is no on-line purchasing. There is a $15 fee for Wire Transfers (please check with your bank as they may charge a fee on your end as well), and it typically takes between 2-4 business days to clear. Money Orders are also relatively fast, as there generally isn't a hold placed on them. Cashier's Checks tend to be the slowest - they take a few days to clear (anywhere between 2 to 7 business days, depending on how fast our banks cooperate with each other).

International Customers

We generally recommend Wire Transfers because they are fast and are the most secure method of payment for international transactions. There is a $15 fee for Wire Transfers (please check with your bank as they may charge a fee on your end as well), and they usually take between 2-4 business days to clear. International Money Orders are also acceptable, but they are slower, typically taking between 5 and 10 business days to clear. PayPal is also an acceptable method of payment.

Customs fees.
You may or may not be subject to import duties and taxes when your order enters your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are sometimes required to be paid by you before you can take possession of your merchandise. We have no control over whether your incoming package will be charged a fee, or the amount of the fee (if any). Additionally, when purchasing an instrument or other items from us, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please be aware that packages and boxes are sometimes subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for information.
